1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 1eecom ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://1eecom.bet and all associated services, features, content, and products offered therein.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the 1eecom platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. Acceptance of these Terms is a prerequisite to using any 1eecom service. You may not use the platform if you do not accept these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from 1eecom or had an account closed for a breach of these Terms.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

Only one account per individual is permitted on the 1eecom platform. Where 1eecom identifies the existence of duplicate accounts registered by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — it reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel pending withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus balances held within those accounts.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 1eecom account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access or operate your account on your behalf.

All activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 1eecom immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected].

You are required to keep your registered personal information up to date. If any of your details change — including your address, email, or phone number — you must update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting support.

1eecom reserves the right to suspend or close any account where:

• The account holder has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable information.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour is suspected or confirmed.
• A request is received from a relevant regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• The account holder has self-excluded and subsequently attempted to circumvent the exclusion.
• The account remains inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 1eecom platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 1eecom supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, and Meezan Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposit transactions are typically processed instantly. Minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to each payment method are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. 1eecom does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply its own charges, for which 1eecom accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment accounts or instruments that belong to and are registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes for fully verified accounts.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: Typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Verification Requirements: Before processing any withdrawal, 1eecom may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This may include submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document and proof of your registered payment method. 1eecom reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal until satisfactory verification has been completed.

Anti-Money Laundering: 1eecom operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls in accordance with international best practices. Any deposit made to a 1eecom account must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for that deposit, up to the original deposited amount. Winnings in excess of deposited amounts may be withdrawn via your preferred registered method, subject to verification.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

1eecom offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion at the time of offer. The following general principles apply to all 1eecom bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.

Where a player's account is closed by 1eecom for a breach of these Terms, any outstanding bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited in full. Where a player chooses to close their own account voluntarily, any unmet wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the associated bonus balance, though real-money balances earned from personal deposits will be returned subject to standard withdrawal procedures.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 1eecom are governed by the specific rules applicable to the game, sport, or event in question. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

Sports Betting: In the event of a dispute regarding a sports result, 1eecom will refer to the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport. Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the sporting rules applicable to that market, which may include voiding the bet and returning stakes.

Casino Games: All casino games offered on the 1eecom platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game results are determined entirely by chance. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual gaming session.

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.

• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

In all cases where 1eecom is found to be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 1eecom account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Amendments to Terms

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances require it.
